Cloud Sync Setup Guide
Cloud Sync lets your team sync WhatsApp messages directly to your CRM without keeping WhatsApp Web open. Once a member's WhatsApp is connected to your workspace, messages sync automatically even when they are sent or received on mobile. Setup takes two steps. First connect your team members' WhatsApp accounts, then connect your CRM in the Integration Center. || Cloud Sync requires an active subscription plan. Once Cloud Sync is set up, you can monitor and manage all of your team's WhatsApp connections from the Homepage. This guide covers how to check connection status, disconnect an account, and keep your syncs running smoothly. Monitoring Your Connections You can monitor all WhatsApp connections from the Homepage. Not connected means the WhatsApp account has not been connected yet, or has been disconnected. Click Start connection to begin.
