Cloud Sync Setup Guide
Cloud Sync lets your team sync WhatsApp messages directly to your CRM without keeping WhatsApp Web open. Once a member's WhatsApp is connected to your workspace, messages sync automatically even when they are sent or received on mobile. Setup takes two steps. First connect your team members' WhatsApp accounts, then connect your CRM in the Integration Center.
Step 1. Connect Members' WhatsApp
- Go to your Homepage.
- Scroll down to the WhatsApp connection section. You will see a table listing all team members with their email, connection status, and last message time. Before any connection is made, all members will show Not connected.

- Click Start connection next to the team member whose WhatsApp you want to connect. Their status will change to Ready to connect, and the button will change to Connect WhatsApp.
- Click Connect WhatsApp to open the QR code dialog. Then, on the member's phone
- Once the QR code is scanned, the status will change to Connected. The last message time may display a dash at first, and will start updating once the first message syncs.
- Inform your team members that Cloud Sync is enabled. Each member can log in to Cooby and connect their own WhatsApp by following the same steps.
Step 2. Connect Your CRM
- Click Go to Integration Center on the Homepage banner.

- Select your preferred CRM from the available integrations, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier or Custom Webhook.
- From here, follow the integration guide for your chosen CRM. The setup steps are the same as our existing guides.

- Once your integration is set up, send a WhatsApp message and verify it appears in your CRM.
All done! 🎉 Your team's WhatsApp messages will now sync to your CRM automatically!
