Cancel my subscription

You can start your cancellation from your Cooby workspace. Depending on your subscription, you can proceed in the workspace or contact our account team for assistance.

How to cancel

Sign in to your Cooby workspace.
Under Settings, select Plans & billing.
In Your current plan, click Cancel subscription.
Review your workspace activity, then click Continue.
Select your reason for cancellation. You can also share additional feedback in the optional text field. Click Continue to submit.
You’ll see “Your subscription is scheduled to cancel” with the date your plan will end. Click Done to close the window. Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You’ll keep full access until the scheduled cancellation date, which also appears on your Plans & billing page. After that, your subscription will not renew, and your data will be retained for 60 days.

Send a WhatsApp chat on HubSpot

Sending a Message on HubSpot

Click on the contact you wish to send a message to.
On the right sidebar, find New WhatsApp Message by Cooby and click Send messages. This action will prompt a new message dialog.

a. From: It'll display the phone number currently logged in to your WhatsApp Web.

b. To: You can choose a specific phone number if multiple numbers are available. HubSpot values considered valid phone numbers include:

Mobile phone number
Phone number
WhatsApp phone number

c. Chat name: If multiple chats are available:

Import Contacts

Gone are the days when you'd have to save contacts to your mobile one by one first for them to be accessible on WhatsApp Web. You may bulk import unsaved contacts with a simple click!

Look for the import icon found above the chat list.
Upload a CSV file of contact numbers with the format of country code + WhatsApp number. You may download a sample CSV file for best practices found in the pop-up itself.
Once you've uploaded the file, select which tab to import the contacts to.
Click on Import it to finalize.

Note:

The phone number you wish to import should be in "TEXT" format within the CSV file.
We only support importing phone numbers and do not support importing WhatsApp names.
