Updating your billing information
If you need to change your card, billing account name, billing address, or apply your tax ID for any reason, you can enter your new details from the Cooby. You can use locally issued debit/credit cards to pay for your subscription in USD if your payment method supports international payment. However, for certain countries like India, due to new requirements from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Cooby needs permission to continue automatically charging credit cards issued by Indian banks. The fastest way to pay for Cooby's Starter or Growth plan is with a credit card or any quick payment method with just one click. For every new user who signs up for Cooby, we offer a 7-day Growth plan trial period. During this trial, you won't need to provide your credit card information and can freely access all Cooby features, including HubSpot Integration. After the trial period ends, you will be prompted to subscribe through the Cooby upgrade pop-up. You can choose the plan that best suits your needs and complete your payment by entering your card details. After subscribing to a Cooby plan, there is a seat limitation in your subscription. If you wish to invite more members, you will need to increase the seat limit by making an additional payment. A pop-up appears when you attempt to invite more members to join your Cooby Team. You can select seats, the seat number already includes those joined members.
