There are 2 main permission controls for the Cloud Sync, and you can change the setting in the Workspace members page.

This permission allows your members to connect their WhatsApp with Cooby, controlling the message sync from WhatsApp to Cooby. The WhatsApp connection permission is enabled for all members by default. Click the toggle to adjust your preference.

This permission becomes available once you connect Cooby with your CRM integration, allowing you to control the message sync from Cooby to your CRM. Additionally, the CRM integration permission grants access to CRM-related features in Cooby. By default, this permission is enabled for all members, allowing them to sync messages from Cooby to your CRM. Click the toggle to adjust your preference.
