There are 2 easy steps to complete your Cloud Sync connection:


Connect WhatsApp to Cooby

  1. Find the account whose WhatsApp you want to connect.

  2. Click Start connection.

  3. Please wait a few minutes while the QR code is being prepared. We will notify you by email once it’s ready.

  4. When the status changes to Ready to Connect, click Connect WhatsApp.

  5. Scan the QR code with WhatsApp phone app.

  6. Once you see Connected, it means it was successful.

Only admins can initiate the connection for the entire team, while members can only connect their own accounts; other accounts will remain disabled.


Connect to your CRM

Choose your CRM to start the integration setup:


Disconnect with Cloud Sync

  1. Click the 3 dots associated with the account you want to disconnect.

  2. Click Disconnect WhatsApp.

  3. Click Disconnect in the confirmation pop-up.

  4. Done! You will see the status change to Not Connected, but the last sync time will still have the value.
