If there is any error shown when you try to connect with Cloud Sync, here is a guide to explain the reason and how to deal with it.


System Error

If you see a system error when you try to connect, we apologize for it. A system error means our server might be experiencing high volume connections, making it hard to connect your account or lose your connection. Please click Retry to reconnect again.

After that, you will face three possible results:

  • Connected successfully. You will see the status change to Connected.

  • Reconnection required. You will need to re-scan the QR code to connect your WhatsApp and Cooby.

  • System error. There is still an error. Please contact Cooby Support for immediate assistance.

The account that encountered a system error cannot be disconnected.


Reached Plan Sync Limit

If the message syncing amount reaches the sync limitation, Cooby will pause syncing until your next billing update or until you upgrade to a higher plan. If you click the upgrade button, it will redirect you to the Cooby Plans & Billing page.
