With Cloud Sync, you gain enhanced oversight of your team’s contacts and interactions, accessible anytime, anywhere for increased visibility and control.
What is the difference between Cloud Sync and Extension Sync?
Extension sync will need you rely on the Cooby extension to sync your messages, which required your sales reps to work on WhatsApp Web to ensure each conversation was synced to your CRM.
However, Cooby recognizes that this might not be an ideal solution for users whose sales teams aren’t always working in the office. It can be challenging to ensure messages sync to the CRM in real time.
With Cloud Sync, syncing no longer relies on the Cooby extension. You can directly connect your WhatsApp app with Cooby, and syncing will start from your phone app.
This way, your sales team won’t need to open WhatsApp Web to sync their messages to your CRM. Instead, every time they use WhatsApp, the messages will automatically sync to your CRM destination.
If your Workspace uses Cloud Sync, you will not have the ability to use the extension for syncing messages. However, you will still have access to all other features except message syncing.
