First Time Connecting to HubSpot
When you connect to HubSpot for the first time, 2 things will happen in the background.
Auto-link
Cooby will attempt to link all of your WhatsApp contact with your HubSpot contacts. All phone numbers (including country code) that have exact matches will be linked.
Auto-sync
After Auto-linking Cooby will attempt to sync all of your available WhatsApp messages if you have Auto-Sync enabled. This means that all of the messages that are visible on your WhatsApp at the time of your connection will be synced. If the message is too old and not displayed on your WhatsApp Web, the messages won’t be synced to HubSpot.
