Follow the instructions below to create your HubSpot WhatsApp win rate report:

1. Go to your HubSpot report page.

2. Click Create report and select Custom Report Builder.

3. Select Contact as the data source and choose any CRM object you want to include in the report.

4. Then, select Activities in the Sales field and click Next.

5. Search for the Is Closed Won property and drag to the X-axis. Search for the Count of deals property and drag to the Y-axis. Lastly, search for the Cooby property First message sent by contact and drag it to Break down by.

6. Once done, click Save report. Name it and click Save & add.

7. Finish
