Do you want to track your team’s sales activity on WhatsApp?

One of the most powerful things with Cooby's HubSpot Integration is the ability to utilize synced messages to generate reports on HubSpot.

The following is a guide to create a simple Activity leaderboard report in HubSpot.

Basic: Sales Activity report

  1. Go to HubSpot > Reports

  2. Click on Create report

  3. Search for “activity” and click on Activity leaderboard by rep with type breakdown

  4. Choose WhatsApp in the “Activity type” dropdown

Now you can easily track how much WhatsApp activity each of your team members have! Feel free to utilize it in other reports as well.

Advanced: Time-Series report

If you want to track your team’s WhatsApp activity over time, here’s how to create a HubSpot report that will give you the visibility into how your team is performing over time.

The easiest way to generate a report is to start with one of HubSpot’s prebuilt reports, let’s get started:

  1. Go to HubSpot > Reports

  2. Click on Create report

  3. Search for “call created” and click on Call created totals by day

  4. Click on Customize

  5. Click on Data in the top tab, we need to add some new data into the report

  6. Click on Add Activity Property button and choose Activity assigned to

  7. Go back to Visualization and drag and drop Activity assigned to into the displaying section.

  8. Click on Filters and choose WhatsApp in the “Activity type” dropdown.

  9. Optionally, add another filter to specify that the “Activity assigned to” is known

  10. Finally, adjust the timeframe (this quarter, this year) you want to view and the buckets (daily, weekly, monthly) you want to view them in.

Congratulations! You’re one step closer to driving more success and productivity for your team!
