Cooby's WhatsApp message syncing is designed to sync with HubSpot contacts and does not extend to company, tickets, and deals. However, there is an alternative solution for creating a deal with WhatsApp activity.
Syncing HubSpot messages to Company, Ticket, or Deal is exclusive to Cooby Growth and Custom Plan users. If you're interested, please get in touch with our Cooby Sales Team.
When creating a deal in HubSpot, select the contact and use the option
Add timeline activity from [contacts] to this deal starting from xxx
.This will display the contact’s activity, including WhatsApp messages, in the deal info field.
Please note:
This method applies only when creating deals within HubSpot; it won’t function for deals created directly in WhatsApp.
The Contacts WA activities will be associated with the contact’s primary company and the five most recent associated open deals. (Read more)
