If you're not using Cooby yet, you'll need to create a new Cooby account and apply the code you received to your new subscription on your customer portal.
If you're already using Cooby with a paid plan, kindly reach out to Cooby Support, submit your request, and wait for the next billing update. The code will be applied to the next invoice.
