To create a note, open your Hubspot sidebar and open a WhatsApp contact that is linked with a HubSpot contact.
Click on
+ Addnext to Notes.
Fill in your note.
You can optionally attach WhatsApp messages to a note and it will be displayed on the created note.
You can also associate the note with other HubSpot records (contacts, company, tickets, deals).
