To create a ticket, open your Hubspot sidebar and open a WhatsApp contact that is linked with a HubSpot contact.
Click on
+ Addnext to Ticket.
Fill in your desired fields.
You can also attach the WhatsApp message or associate it with other HubSpot records (contacts, company, deals) when creating a ticket.
