The following is a guide for how to grant Cooby access to your WhatsApp chats so that Cooby can help you sync chats to HubSpot.
If you have not installed Cooby in your HubSpot account, please do so before continuing this guide.
On your WhatsApp Web, click on the HubSpot icon in the top nav. You should see a request for auto-sync permission.
This is a notice that you syncing settings are currently set to Auto-Sync.
When you click Accept
, you should see a popup displayed.
This is a one-time permission request for Cooby to be able to read your WhatsApp messages.
Once you click Accept
, Cooby will begin linking your contacts and syncing your messages to HubSpot.
If you click Decline
, Cooby will not be able to read your messages and thus will not be able to sync your messages to HubSpot.
