What file formats are supported in Conversations?

When you open a synced chat from HubSpot, it opens in Cooby's Conversations page, where you can review the entire conversation, including files. Here are the file formats we support:


We only support multimedia files up to 15 MB.

These synced messages can be analyzed in HubSpot Reports.
