Workspace

Cooby Workspace is the control area for you to invite members, manage subscriptions and configure integrations. Members in the same Workspace will share access to the same features and billing plan.

Integration Center



Cooby offers 2 native CRM Integrations: HubSpot and Salesforce.

If you use a different CRM, you can utilize Cooby's Zapier Integration or Custom Webhook to connect to your CRM.

HubSpot



Use Cooby's HubSpot Integration to automatically sync your WhatsApp chats into HubSpot. Save hours per day on administrative CRM work.

If you have another CRM and you are subscribed to Zapier's paid plan, you can use Cooby's Zapier Integration to automatically sync your WhatsApp chats into any of the 5,000+ apps that Zapier supports.

If you have your own custom CRM, you can use Cooby's Custom Webhook to automatically sync your WhatsApp chats into your designated Webhook.

Team Settings



Use the Team Settings page to manage your Workspace and subscription.

Members



The members page is where you can invite other colleagues into your Cooby Workspace. You can upgrade by adding more seats to your Workspace directly from this page. You can also resend email invitations for invited members on this page.

Plans and billings



Cooby works with Stripe to support subscriptions. Clicking on this page will show your current plan and all available upgrade options.

Manage subscription



Clicking this button will open your Stripe subscription dashboard. Here, you can add or edit payment information, update billing details such as email and address, and view past invoices.

If you wish to cancel your subscription please contact Cooby Support.

Language



Cooby supports English, Bahasa Indonesian, Español and Português. Choose the language of your preference.
