The following is a guide on how to ensure Cooby data keeps syncing with your Salesforce account, so that actions you perform in Salesforce can attach Cooby's messages.
How to add?
Go to Setup and click
Custom Metadata Types
.Click
Manage Records
of the Cooby API Configuration.Click
Edit
.Copy the API key list in your Salesforce setting page.
Paste it on the API key value, and click
Save
.
What is it used for?
With Cooby API, it will be easy to attach messages to any contact, especially when a lead is converted to a contact. All messages will display on the new contact, and new messages will also sync to this new contact!
