Before uninstalling Cooby, please ensure that you do not have any active paid account with Cooby. Otherwise, we will continue to charge the subscription fee until you cancel it, regardless of whether you are using the service or not.
Confirm whether you have an active paid account with Cooby
Open WhatsApp and click on the Cooby Menu.
Check your status in the Your current Plan field. If it shows a paid subscription, cancel the plan before uninstalling Cooby.

Uninstall Cooby from WhatsApp
Open your Chrome browser.
Click on the
puzzle iconpage from the top bar of the Chrome page.
Locate the Cooby extension.
Click on the
3 dotsnext to the Cooby extension, and selectRemove from Chromefrom the dropdown menu.
Confirm the removal when prompted.
Cooby will be successfully uninstalled from your WhatsApp.
