Are you overwhelmed by managing multiple WhatsApp conversations and the constant struggle to stay organized? Keeping track of chats efficiently can be challenging, particularly with a large number of messages.

In this article, we'll guide you through the straightforward process of adding and removing chats within custom tabs, tailored to your specific work scenario.

Add contacts in bulk

  1. Click the three dots next to the tab you want to edit.

  2. Select Sort Chats into Tab or use the keyboard shortcut ⌘+Ctrl+L.

  3. Select the contacts you want to add.

  4. Or search by name or phone number.

  5. Click Save to save your edits, and all the contacts you selected will be shown in this tab!

Add chats to tab one-by-one

If you want to review the entire conversation and then decide where the chats belong, kindly follow the steps below to complete the sorting process.

  1. Select the contact you want to sort, then click on the folder icon located in the upper right corner, or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+L.

  2. Select the tab where you want to add this contact.

  3. Once you see this tab's name show up beside this contact's name, it means you have successfully added this contact to the tab.

Remove contacts in bulk

Follow the same steps to open the sort chat pop-up, unmark the contacts you selected, and then click Save. You will see that the contacts have been removed from this tab.
