Add the Cooby cards to the new HubSpot layout

In the classic HubSpot layout, the WhatsApp Chats by Cooby and New WhatsApp Message by Cooby cards appear automatically in the sidebar. In the new layout, these cards may be hidden by default, so you need to add them back to the sidebar to open your synced chats or send WhatsApp messages.

Steps to Add the Cooby Cards in the New Layout

Open any contact page and select Customize from the top of the record sidebar.

Choose the default view or one of your custom views to edit the layout for all users.

Select Add card.

Open the Card library.

Use the search bar and type Cooby to locate the Cooby cards. Add both cards:

WhatsApp Chats by Cooby
New WhatsApp Message by Cooby

Select Save and exit to apply the layout changes.

Return to the contact page and you will now see WhatsApp Chats by Cooby and New WhatsApp Message by Cooby, so you can open your synced chats and send WhatsApp messages directly from the sidebar.
