Using Cooby contact properties as a HubSpot report's filter
Cooby supports syncing four contact properties to your HubSpot, which are:
Last message sent by contact
Last message sent by team
Last WhatsApp properties sync time
Last WhatsApp messages sync time
You can use these four different contact properties as filters to generate reports based on your use case.
Go to your HubSpot report page.
Click Create report and select Custom Report Builder.
3. Select Contact as the data source and choose any CRM object you want to include in the report.
4. Then, select Activities in the Sales field and click Next.
5. Click Filters and search for the Cooby properties mentioned above to use as your filter.
6. You can also apply additional filters to these contact properties.
7. Once done, click Save report. Name it and click Save & add.

After filtering out messages that did not receive a reply from the customer, we discovered a significant difference that helped us clarify the relationship between agents' use of WhatsApp messages and transaction amounts.
