In the classic HubSpot layout, the Chat View and Send Messages from HubSpot cards appear automatically in the sidebar. In the new layout, these Cooby cards may be hidden by default, so you will need to add them back to the sidebar to open Chat View or send WhatsApp messages.

Steps to Add the Cooby Cards in the New Layout

1. Open any contact page and select Customize from the top of the record sidebar.

2. Choose the default view or one of your custom views to edit the layout for all users.

3. Select Add card.

4. Open the Card library.

5. Use the search bar and type Cooby to locate the Cooby cards. Add both cards:

• WhatsApp Chats by Cooby
• New WhatsApp Message by Cooby

6. Select Save and exit to apply the layout changes.

7. Return to the contact page and you will now see WhatsApp Chats by Cooby (Chat View) and New WhatsApp Message by Cooby, allowing you to send WhatsApp messages from HubSpot directly from the sidebar.
