Upgrade subscription plan

Who can use this feature?


  • Workspace admin only
  • Cooby Starter monthly/ yearly, and Cooby Growth monthly plans


Workspace admin can upgrade the plan from the Plans & billing.


Upgrade your Cooby Plan


By default, any member can buy a free workspace to a paid plan or expired trial period, but only the workspace admin can ask to upgrade.


  1. Go to Plans & billing
  2. To select a plan, click Upgrade
  3. Confirm your organization's information and credit card details. Click Change if you want to update this information.
  4. When you're ready, select Subscribe.


If you switch to a new plan, you will be charged the full amount for the new plan, and we will automatically issue a partial refund for the unused portion of your old plan to your bank account.
