Schedule Events

You are now able to easily schedule events with anyone you wish! Integrate your Google Calendar to create an event right within WhatsApp in just a few clicks!

Open the conversation with whomever you wish to schedule an event for.

Click 3 dots next to this contact to access more actions.

Select Schedule event and click it.

You will then encounter a pop-up that asks you to connect your Google Calendar. Simply click on the Connect and give Cooby access.

Type in the specific details needed for your event. Fill out the following fields: Title, From (date and time), To (date and time), Location (optional), Description (optional), then click Save.

All your existing and pre-set events in your Google Calendar will be visible on the right side of the pop-up. This will serve as a guide when you are creating a new event.
