Reset password

Did you forget your password? Read on for steps to sign back in to Cooby.

You'll need access to the email inbox associated with your Cooby account to reset or add a password. If you don't have access, you will not be able to reset the password.

Reset your password



Visit log in page.
Click forgot password?.
Enter your email address and click Send.
Check your inbox for a Cooby email: Forgot your password?
Click Reset password and enter the new password, then click Submit.
Click Go to log in and enter your email account with the new password.

Your password must be at least eight characters long.

Troubleshooting



Why didn't I get a password reset email?
Check your spam or junk folder. If emails from Cooby aren’t getting delivered to your inbox, ask your company's IT team to allow emails from @cooby.co and @getcooby.co.

I don't have a password
If you didn't set a password when you signed up for Cooby (ex., if you sign in with Google), you can request a password reset to add one to your account.
