Download invoices and receipts

Each time your card is charged, you will receive an email from Stripe, our payment processor, detailing the charges for your last billing period. If you wish to review the payment details, you can download the invoice and receipt.

Only admin role can view invoices and receipt

Head to Plans & billing
Click Manage subscription to go to billing portal
Scroll down to invoice history
Head to the billing period you would like to download the invoice & receipt, then click the open link icon
You can download either your invoice or receipt.
