Customize Contact Properties
When connected to your HubSpot account, you can create new or link existing HubSpot contacts via your HubSpot Sidebar. Furthermore, Cooby supports customizing your contact properties to suit your specific work case.
Only the Admin role can edit this permission
Go to your HubSpot Integration Setting page
Click Enabled contact properties
On this page, you can choose which properties you want by searching and selecting.
You also can reorder the properties you selected.
Once done, click Save
After completing these steps, return to your WhatsApp Web and REFRESH the page. The changes will then be reflected on your HubSpot contact card.
Each change applies solely to the members who have refreshed the page.
Some of the properties are not supported by Cooby. Once you face the unsupported field type, the field is not editable and is displayed in the disabled state. Additionally, it will show a tooltip: Editing this data type is not yet supported.*
Phone number, first name and last name are always displayed at the top in the Edit Contact* panel, regardless of whether they are enabled in Workspace or not.
