Can I access team member's inboxes, tabs, or templates?

It depends on where you work. In the Cooby workspace, your team's chats are shared. In the Chrome Extension, each member's inbox, tabs, and templates stay private.

In the Cooby workspace

The Conversations page shows your team's synced WhatsApp chats in one place. You can filter by member to see a teammate's chats.

Workspace admins can choose whether everyone can open Conversations and who can reply from a WhatsApp Business API number. You'll find these options under Settings > Conversations.

In the Chrome Extension

Your inbox, tabs, and templates on WhatsApp Web belong to your own account and WhatsApp number. You can't see or change another team member's inbox, tabs, or templates in the extension.

Cooby doesn't currently support setting shared tab rules or templates for your whole team in the extension.
