Apply Tax ID on subscription
Cooby reserves the right to assess applicable taxes as required by local law. Depending on location, customers may be charged transaction taxes when purchasing the different plan. Applying a Tax ID to your subscription is an important step to ensure compliance and accuracy in your financial transactions.
Head to Plans & billing
Click Manage subscription to access the billing portal.
Click Update information
Go to the Tax ID section, select your Tax ID type, and enter the ID.
Click Save.
Please note that the Tax ID implementation applies only to your future payments and billing. For invoices that have already been generated or payments that have already been made, we will not re-issue new ones.
