If you connected wrong Cooby workspace to your HubSpot or want to changed the HubSpot account connected to, the following is a guide for disconnecting your Cooby workspace with your HubSpot account.
Only Cooby workspace admins can disconnect HubSpot.
Remember to disconnect the old Cooby workspace before connecting to a new HubSpot account to avoid workspace errors.
Disconnect from Email request
If you receive an email titled Disconnect HubSpot Integration Request from *user*, it means that someone wants to connect to the HubSpot account your Cooby Workspace is currently connected to.
Your HubSpot account will be disconnected from your Cooby Workspace once you click Disconnect HubSpot
. Make sure you want to disconnect before choosing the option.
Click Disconnect HubSpot
to disconnect.
To ensure a successfully disconnection, you need:
Logged in your Cooby account in Cooby workspace
Open your WhatsApp web page
Disconnect from Workspace
1. Go to your Cooby Workspace at the Cooby sidebar.
2. At the Integration Center page, click Disconnect HubSpot
under the HubSpot tab.
Your HubSpot account will be disconnected from your Cooby Workspace once you click Disconnect HubSpot
. Make sure you want to disconnect before choosing the option.
Your Cooby workspace and HubSpot account will be disconnected.
HubSpot Disconnected
Once you disconnected, there will be a sign showing Not connected.
