The following is a guide for how to customize Salesforce UI to display WhatsApp message component.
The following steps need to be done for Contact, Lead, and Task. The following example is only showing Contact. But the steps are the same.
Make sure you have created at least 1 contact, click it.
Click
setting
and selectEdit Page
.Drag WhatsApp Conversations to wherever you want to add the component. For example, it can be under the Activity section.
Click on
Save
thenActivate
, choose App Default then selectSales
.Click
Save
and return to the previous page, you should see the new component.Repeat 1-5 for Lead.
Repeat 1-5 for Task.
