Salesforce Manual-Sync

To manually sync WhatsApp messages, open your Salesforce sidebar and open a WhatsApp contact that is linked with a Salesforce contact.

Click on Log WhatsApp conversation.





Click on Select messages.


Select the start point and the end point of your desired messages in the chat window, then click Save.



Review the selected messages, you can optionally remove any unwanted messages
