Create HubSpot Tickets

To create a ticket, open your Hubspot sidebar and open a WhatsApp contact that is linked with a HubSpot contact.

Works with: ✅ Chrome Extension ❌ Cloud Sync ❌ WhatsApp Business API

Click on + Add next to Ticket.

Fill in your desired fields

You can also attach the WhatsApp message or associate it with other HubSpot records (contacts, company, deals) when creating a ticket.
