If you want to change the lead/contact properties shown at the Salesforce sidebar at your WhatsApp page, you will have to adjust the custom metadata types in Salesforce settings.
How to customize lead/contact properties
1. Go to Settings -> search and click Custom Metadata Types
2. Choose whether you want to customize Contacts or Leads page. Click Manage Records to edit.
We currently don't support customizing Opportunities yet.
3. Click Edit to edit the fields or click New to create your own record.
4. Input the record type name in the Record Type Name. Input the fields’ API name in the Field Names, and separate the values with new lines. Click Save.
The Record Type Name must be exact match the Contact Record Type Name. If a record type is not found, Cooby will fall back to the Master fields.
How to get the field names?
Go to your Object Manager -> Search and click Contact -> Click Fields & Relationships -> Paste the FIELD NAME column to find the properties you want to add.
5. Once done, please return to your Salesforce Admin setup page, click Enable permission set to retrieve the new required fields permission set.
