After subscribing to a Cooby plan, there is a seat limitation in your subscription. If you wish to invite more members, you will need to increase the seat limit by making an additional payment.
We don't set any user limitations during your trial period.
A pop-up appears when you attempt to invite more members to join your Cooby Team. You can select seats, the seat number already includes those joined members.
The price indicates the full payment for the selected number of seats over the entire billing period.
The estimated amount charged today shows the prorated amount that will be charged today.
If the invitee already has another paid subscription in Cooby, once they accept the invitation and join your team, we will cancel the subscription and provide a prorated refund for the unused period.
