# View WhatsApp properties in Salesforce

The following is a guide for how to view WhatsApp properties in **Contact** and **Leads**’ page.

### How to customize Salesforce UI

1. Go to Setup -> **Object Manager**

2. Select Contact -> Page Layout -> Contact Layout, click dropdown button and select **Edit**.

3. Drag and drop the 13 properties to **Contact Information** area
* First message sent by contact (all chats)
* First message sent by team (all chats)
* First message sent by contact (1:1 chats)
* First message sent by team (1:1 chats)
* First message sent by contact (group chats)
* First message sent by team (group chats)
* Last message sent by contact (all chats)
* Last message sent by team (all chats)
* Last message sent by contact (1:1 chats)
* Last message sent by team (1:1 chats)
* Last message sent by contact (group chats)
* Last message sent by team (group chats)
* Last WhatsApp contact properties update time

4. Click **Save**, and you should see the new properties being added to the contact layout.

5. Repeat step 2-4 for Lead (Setup -> Object Manager -> Lead -> Page Layout -> Lead Layout)

|| The properties are immediately updated when a new message is uploaded to Salesforce.
