# Upgrade subscription plan

| Who can use this feature?

* Workspace admin only
* Cooby Starter monthly/ yearly, and Cooby Growth monthly plans

Workspace admin can upgrade the plan from the [Plans & billing](https://app.cooby.co/settings/plans-and-billing).

### Upgrade your Cooby Plan

By default, any member can buy a free workspace to a paid plan or expired trial period, but only the workspace admin can ask to upgrade.

1. Go to [Plans & billing](https://app.cooby.co/settings/plans-and-billing)
2. To select a plan, click **Upgrade**
3. Confirm your organization's information and credit card details. Click **Change** if you want to update this information.
4. When you're ready, select **Subscribe**.

|| If you switch to a new plan, you will be charged the full amount for the new plan, and we will automatically issue a partial refund for the unused portion of your old plan to your bank account.
