# Updating your billing information

If you need to change your card, billing account name, billing address, or apply your tax ID for any reason, you can enter your new details from the Cooby.

For adding additional billing recipients to your account to ensure they also receive billing-related emails, kindly contact Cooby Support.

### Changing your billing information
1. Click **Manage subscription** at the upper right corner in [Plans & billing](https://app.cooby.co/settings/plans-and-billing) page Or simply click [this link](https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/fZefZW3YndmLeuk8ww) and enter your Cooby account email
2. Click **Update information** or **Add payment method**
3. Click **Save** or **Add** to save your changes.
You cannot [change your account email ](https://cooby.crisp.help/en/article/change-account-email-3qf4dt/)in the billing information field as it will affect your Cooby account.
