# Schedule Events

You are now able to easily schedule events with anyone you wish! Integrate your Google Calendar to create an event right within WhatsApp in just a few clicks!

1. Open the conversation with whomever you wish to schedule an event for.
    
2. Click `3 dots` next to this contact to access more actions.

3. Select `Schedule event` and click it.

4. You will then encounter a pop-up that asks you to connect your Google Calendar. Simply click on the `Connect` and give Cooby access.

5. Type in the specific details needed for your event. Fill out the following fields: Title, From (date and time), To (date and time), Location (optional), Description (optional), then click `Save`.

All your existing and pre-set events in your Google Calendar will be visible on the right side of the pop-up. This will serve as a guide when you are creating a new event.
