# Troubleshooting Salesforce Sandbox connection issues

If you are unable to connect Cooby to your Salesforce Sandbox, the issue may be caused by an expired or invalid OAuth grant. This can happen if Salesforce settings were modified or if the app was reinstalled.

### Steps to fix the issue
1. In Salesforce, go to **Setup → App Manager**.
2. Find **Cooby Connect**, then click **Manage**.
3. Under **OAuth Policies**, update **Permitted Users** to **All users may self-authorize**.
4. Go to **Setup → Apps → Connected Apps OAuth Usage**, and remove the record for **“Cooby Connect”**.
5. Go back to your **Cooby Workspace Integration Center**, click **Disconnect**, then reconnect to Salesforce Sandbox.
