# Salesforce Manual-Sync

To manually sync WhatsApp messages, open your Salesforce sidebar and open a WhatsApp contact that is **linked** with a Salesforce contact.

1. Click on **Log WhatsApp conversation**.

2. Click on **Select messages**.

3. Select the **start point** and the **end point** of your desired messages in the chat window, then click **Save.**

4. Review the selected messages, you can optionally remove any unwanted messages
