# Inactive Deals Report

Here is how to build a report to **track inactive deals in the last 7 days.** The chart will show deals that have been inactive for more than 7 days, and might need to be followed up.

1. Navigate to Menu > Reports > Reporting & Data > Create report > Custom Report Builder and select **Deals** as the primary data source.

2. Choose **Table** for chart type and select **Last activity date - Daily.** Select other
fields that are deemed necessary.

3. Select the filter: **Contacts (Last activity date is more than X days ago)**. Select other filters that are deemed necessary.
