# Exceed seat limitations

After subscribing to a Cooby plan, there is a seat limitation in your subscription. If you wish to invite more members, you will need to increase the seat limit by making an additional payment.

|| We don't set any user limitations during your trial period.

A pop-up appears when you attempt to invite more members to join your Cooby Team. You can select seats, the seat number already includes those joined members.

* The **price** indicates the full payment for the selected number of seats over the entire billing period.
* The **estimated amount charged today** shows the prorated amount that will be charged today.

|| If the invitee already has another paid subscription in Cooby, once they accept the invitation and join your team, we will cancel the subscription and provide a prorated refund for the unused period.
