# Deal Win Rate Influenced by WhatsApp

Cooby allows you to create custom reports that offer you an analysis of your sales pipeline. Shown below is a guide on how to compare your deal win rate with WhatsApp engagement vs. without.

### Follow the instructions below to create your HubSpot WhatsApp win rate report:

1. Go to your HubSpot report page.

2. Click **Create report** and select **Custom Report Builder.**

3. Select Contact as the data source and choose any CRM object you want to include in the report.

4. Then, select **Activities** in the Sales field and click **Next**.

5. Search for the Is **Closed Won** property and drag to the **X-axis**. Search for the **Count of deals** property and drag to the **Y-axis**. Lastly, search for the Cooby property **First message sent by** contact and drag it to **Break down by**.

6. Once done, click **Save report**. Name it and click **Save & add**.

7. Finish
