# Create Salesforce Tasks

To create a task, open your Salesforce sidebar and open a WhatsApp contact that is **linked** with a Salesforce contact.

1. Click on **Create Task.**

2. Fill in your desired fields, then click **Create**.

3. You can also **attach the WhatsApp message** when creating a task.
