# Cooby Required Fields permission set

The Cooby Required Field refers to the field properties that must be displayed when you create a contact or lead in WhatsApp Web. To ensure these fields display correctly, you must have both read and edit permissions.

Please note that if you have [customized contact/lead properties,](https://help.cooby.co/en/article/salesforce-customize-leadcontact-properties-1uk2s58/) you need to **update the Cooby Required Field permission** to ensure every member have rights to access.
