# Configure HubSpot record viewability

When connected to your HubSpot account, Cooby supports the creation of HubSpot objects directly from your WhatsApp Web interface. Furthermore, it supports the view of these records on WhatsApp Web without the need to switch back to your HubSpot account.

### How to configure HubSpot record viewability

1. Go to your [HubSpot Integration Setting page](https://app.cooby.co/integrations/integration-settings)
2. Click **Enabled records**

3. On this page, you can use the toggle switch to select the records that members are allowed to review. All records are **enabled by default** when the HubSpot integration is connected.

4. After completing these steps, return to your WhatsApp Web and **REFRESH** the page. The changes will then be reflected on your HubSpot sidebar.

### Notices

1. Currently, Cooby offers the option to either review all records or none when the toggle switch is on or off.
2. For objects with multiple records, sorting is applied based on the following rules:
* Notes are sorted by **creation date** in descending order.
* Tasks are sorted by **due date** in ascending order.
* Tickets are sorted by **creation date** in descending order.
* Deals are sorted by **deal ID**.
