How do I edit tags?

Depending on your use case, you may need to edit the tags set for a specific conversation.
To edit tags:
- Open the conversation that you wish to edit the tags for.
- On the upper right side of your screen, click on the tag icon.
- A pop up will appear where you get to select the new tag that you wish to use.
Once saved, the original tag will be replaced with the new one that you've selected.
